Website's Rules and Regulations.
  1. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to access the members area of this website.

  2. The material which is contained herein is for your own personal use and will not be distributed in any form or used in a commercial or professional manner.

  3. Message boards, e-mail, intra-site messages and profiles may not be used in a commercial manner or used to publish any material containing advertising (including, but not limited to, offering for sale any products or services, soliciting advertisers or sponsors, promoting or soliciting participation in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes, or conducting raffles or contests that require any type of entry fee) without the written consent of brisbanesunboys.com

  4. Members shall not interfere with another's enjoyment of the site, nor transmit or promote any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful or threatening content and may not discriminate against any person based on sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, gender, disability, religion, or any other preferences. The member is responsible for all usage or activity on their membership, including use of their membership by any third party authorized by the member.

  5. Members will not run Maillist, Listserv, any form of auto-responder or "SPAM" on the site, or any processes that run or are activated while the member is not logged in.

  6. Either party may terminate membership at any time by notifying the other party by any means. brisbanesunboys.com reserves the right to refuse registration. It also has the right to terminate or suspend such a registration at its own discretion, without prior notice or liability, if the member breaches any of the terms or conditions of this agreement. Upon termination of membership, members' right to use the services and any content will immediately cease. All provisions of this agreement, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability (clause 7).

  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall brisbanesunboys.com be liable with respect to the site for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.

  8. brisbanesunboys.com reserves the right to use the e-mail addresses provided from time to time, with or without the users consent, to inform them about changes or additions to the website, or about any related material.

  9. brisbanesunboys.com will use reasonable efforts to provide the service selected by members through the registration process solely for the members own use and not for the use or benefit of any third party.

  10. brisbanesunboys.com maintains the right to suspend, discontinue or change any information or services offered at any time, as it deems necessary. This includes the availability of any feature, database or content. brisbanesunboys.com also may impose limits on certain features and services or restrict member's access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. brisbanesunboys.com reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these "Website's Rules and Regulations" at any time by posting a notice on the site, or by sending members a notice via e-mail or by post. The member shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Their use of the services following such notification constitutes the member's acceptance of the "Website's Rules and Regulations" as modified.

The contents of this site are protected by copyright which is owned and controlled by brisbanesunboys.com or aquired under licence from PeeDeeCee Enterprises (Australia) - logo's and design concept. Members shall abide by all copyright notices, information and restrictions contained in any content they access. The site is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to Australian copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright laws. Members may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in this agreement), create derivative works based on, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content, software, materials or services in whole or in part without first obtaining written consent.

  12. The member hereby grants brisbanesunboys.com a perpetual, royalty free, worldwide, sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, perform, display, electronically transmit and create derivative works based on any content the member uploads or posts on the site, and the member hereby warrants to brisbanesunboys.com that the member has full authority to grant such a license.

  13. brisbanesunboys.com in no event will be liable to you for any damages of any kind. Including, but not limited to, compensatory damages, loss of profits, lost data of any form or special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind whether based on breach of contract or warranty, negligence, product liability or otherwise, even if brisbanesunboys.com is advised of such damages.

  14. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. brisbanesunboys.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond it's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.

  15. The laws of Australia irrespective of your country of residence will govern this agreement. If any part of this agreement is found by a court of law to be unenforceable, then the remainder of this agreement will still continue in force. The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
